  3. To be true;
  4. To be updated about your profission;
  5. To have a good dialogue;
  6. To be creative in solving problems;
  7. To have a blog talking about your area;
  8. To have a neutral facebook profile (not putting too many personal things);
  9. To show your achievements;
  10. To have a good résume;
  11. To have a flexible schedule;
  12. To be always open to new things;
  13. To have a good personal presentation;
  14. To wear neutral clothing;
  15. To show emotional intelligence.
The main reason for those questions
 
  • Talk about your professional goals.
          The company wants to know if you are going to include it in your development.
  • How do you deal with pressue?
          It's basically to know how you are going to react in an inexpected situation.
  • Why should we hire you?
          They want to see your abilities, personal presentation and knowledge.
  • Why did you leave your last job?
          The company wants to know how was your relationship in your previous company and how it ended. Don't lie about it, remember, they can always talk to each other.
