Shawarma
This Popular plate is shared by the kitchen Arabic,Turkish and Greek. Shawarma is the meat(sheep and turkey) that is grilled slowly in a rotisserie.The outer layer of the meat is removed, it is served with Bread of pita or Lafa, and greens and vegetables, tehina, humus, and potato chips can be added.It is habit to eat this plate with a variety of greens in canned.
Falafel
The best dishes in Israel come from the Arabian kitchen, it's common to find it
in almost every corner. It is sold in fast food .The Falafel is made of fried chickpea balls and some spices. It is sold with flatbread a type of round flat bread, with vegetables and greens tehina and humus, and sometimes with potatoes chips. chutneys too can be added to falafel and to bread. The Falafel, can be served as a complete meal, satisfying and nutritious.
Humus
All Israeli hummus lovers will tell you that the place where he regularly eats humus has the best humus in the world. Humus is an Arabic food made from chickpea , cooked and crushed into a puree together with raw tehina ( sesame paste ) . Humus is usually served with olive oil, spices and parsley , and sometimes also with a boiled egg, baked beans or other accompaniments . Humus is eaten together with pita bread , or as they say in Hebrew , one humus dish should be wiped with pita bread . You can also find canned humus in chain stores. However, you can not compare the industrialized product with the humus that is served in specialized popular restaurants , where the service is fast and the place is simple.
Tourist Hotspots
The Old Jerusalem is divided into four quarters - Jewish , Arab , Armenian and Christian that well represent the diversity and cultural division of the city . Although it is easy to find the walled area, the accompaniment of a guide makes it a much more interesting route. The Jerusalem Bird Observatory

Every year, one billion feathered visitors migrate through Israel. Jerusalem Bird Observatory has a strategic location on this route and that’s exciting news for the ornithologists among us.
Located between the Knesset and the Supreme Court, the observatory is a research and eco-tourism project that teaches visitors about avian culture. It was established in 1994 by the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel and serves as the national bird-banding center. The public is invited to take part in spring and fall ringing activities.
Yad Vashem

More than one million visitors per year walk through Yad Vashem, Israel’s living memorial to the millions murdered in the Holocaust.
The exhibits include authentic film footage, videos of personal interviews with survivors, historical documents, artifacts, personal items, memorial structures, gardens and commemorative installations.
Montefiore Windmill
Montefiore Windmill, in the Jewish neighborhood of Mishkenot Sha'ananim , it's a free ride options. The building from 1860 by the British Sir Moshe Montefiore , is the first residential area built outside the walls of the Old City .
Olives Trees in Gethsemane
Adjacent to the Church of All Nations is an ancient olive garden. Olive trees do not have rings and so their age can not be precisely determined, but scholars estimate their age to be between one and two thousand years old. It is unlikely that these trees were here in the time of Christ because of the report that the Romans cut down all the trees in the area in their siege of Jerusalem in AD 70.

Lutheran Guesthouse
Perfectly located on the border of the Armenian and Jewish Quarters in the Old City, Lutheran Hostel is within walking distance of some of the most holy sites of Christianity, Judaism and Islam. The house was built on crusader foundations in 1860 by Dr. Konrad Schick and retains ancient stones from the 12th-century and possibly before.
The place was renovated in 2003 and 2007 and all 36 rooms (single, double, triple and 4-beds) are clean and pleasant and have en suite bathrooms, hot water, central heating, telephone and internet connections. Lutheran Hostel not only offers a magnificent and shady garden but also offers beautiful views of the Old City from above.

Z’abutinski Bar
Named with characteristically iconoclastic Israeli cheek after Zionist hero Ze'ev Jabotinsky, Jabotinsky is a welcome addition to the Ben Shetach nightlife district, skewing older and hipper than the beer- and Midori-soaked teenage riot of nearby Rivlin Street. Basher Resto Cheese Bar is located at the edge of the legendary Machane Yehudah market on Agrippas street, with a variety of menus that revolve around the Basher fromagerie's rich selection of world class cheeses. The restaurant is located in a historic structure built at the end of the 19th century in the "Sukkat Shalom" neighborhood, the ninth neighborhood to be built outside of the original walls of the Old City of Jerusalem, with vaulted and arched ceilings made of Jerusalem stone.
